Will I receive a certificate after completing the programme?
Yes. Upon successful completion of all mandatory courses within your chosen programme, you will receive an Advanced Professional Certificate issued by TRATH. You will also receive a Transcript of Records that includes details of all completed modules and earned CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits.
How long do I have access to the course materials?
All our programmes are self-paced and fully online. You will have ongoing access to course materials even after completion, allowing you to revisit and reinforce your learning whenever needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment options including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI, bank transfers, and selected digital wallets. All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted gateways to ensure your information is safe.
Can I pay in instalments?

Will I receive an invoice or payment receipt?
Absolutely. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated payment receipt via email. You can also request a tax invoice or download your receipts anytime from your student dashboard.
How do I confirm if my order (programme enrollment) was successful?
Once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your enrollment details and access instructions. You can also log into your account dashboard to view your active programmes and course progress.
Can I cancel my enrollment and get a refund?
We offer a limited refund window based on our refund policy. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 10% of the course content. Refunds are not available after this period or if significant course progress has been made.
What if I enrolled in the wrong programme by mistake?
If you mistakenly enrolled in the wrong programme, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will be happy to assist you in switching to the correct programme, subject to availability and eligibility.
How do I place an order for a programme?
To enroll, simply visit the ALLIANCE OF EXCELLENCE website, select your desired programme, and click on the “Enroll Now” or “Add to Cart” button. Proceed to checkout, complete your payment, and you’ll receive immediate access to your learning dashboard.
Will I receive confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your programme details, login credentials (if new), and steps to get started. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.
Can I order multiple programmes at once?
Absolutely. You can add multiple programmes to your cart and complete a single checkout. Each programme will appear separately in your dashboard, allowing you to access them individually at your convenience.
